I received a couple of threatening calls from FRS and they also left a threatening message on my parents home phone and at my brothers place of employment. I called the number back and only asked them for their mailing address. I promptly typed up a letter demanding that they send me information and verification on what case they were calling me about and I also sent them a letter stating that they were not allowed to call me regarding this matter. I sent both letters certified mail with return receipt. I received the signed return receipts back from them and I have not heard from them again. said i owed them money from a 300.00 dollar loan.i have never gotten a loan before.said i was going to be arrested the next morning and taken directly to court in handcuffs.i new i did not get a loan because since my divorce my credit has gone down the drain,in other words no one would loan me money on my credit report.all that night i was worried and had a pretty sleepless worring about the police coming.they need to be stopped before they cause someones heart attack and they end up dyeing.there has to be something that can be done

Called at 4:03pm and there was a recording, I called the number and I got the message that the number could not be reached as dialed. My number is in the do not call register.

When I tried to call back, my call never connects. Might have different results calling back on a landline. I am on the DO NOT CALL list, which has stopped about 99% of calls like this. I just have to wonder why this is even allowable...how do they have the right to invade our "privacy" or whatever you want to call it? The government needs to put a COMPLETE stop to crap business practices such as this.

female wouldnt give me the name of where she was calling from, said I was wasting her time and hung up on me.

scam call. called from some type of a building co trying to collect a debt that was not mine. called at 9 pm. was asking weird ss# questions and ages misc. was a female voice and was very rude.

Received call - did not answer due to various notes saying this is a scam caller. They did not leave a message.

a woman asked if it was andrew, i said yes and she hung up. WTF?

they called me, left absolutely no identification of who they were, just kept saying "hello, hello". stop calling me

said that either my attorney or myself needs to contact him immediately, becasue it was time sensitive, and if I didn't return his call then may god help me bacuse it would not be good for me. I kept the voicemail because to me it sounds like a threat.

Johnathan Kelly, the name that he left w/family member, calls everyday threating my family. Tells them that I borrowed money from someone and that he has a court order for me to pay that person back. Also told them that I was under investigation and that they needed to contact me ASAP. He asked one of my family members who in the hell he thought he was? Now, how professional is that. Someone needs to track these solicitors down and harass them like they are harassing and threatening others!!!!!!!!!
